Refund policy

All sales are final

Our products are digital. A licence is delivered immediately after payment and gives access to the software straight away, so we do not offer refunds if you change your mind, no longer need the product, or bought it for a panel it was not made for. Please read the requirements on the product page and try the live demo before you buy.

The 14-day right of withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, that right ends once delivery begins, provided you agreed to this in advance. Before paying, you ask us to deliver the licence at once and confirm that you lose the right of withdrawal. We keep a record of that consent with your order.

When we do put things right

This policy does not limit the rights the law gives you. In particular:

• If a product does not work as described and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a price reduction or a refund under the law on digital content.
• If you were charged twice for the same purchase, or a licence could not be delivered, we refund the payment.
