Who receives it
- Stripe processes payments and acts as an independent controller for payment data and fraud prevention.
- Discord signs you in, under its own privacy policy. If you join our server, we may give you a customer role there.
- Cloudflare carries all traffic to this site and protects it from attacks, so it processes IP addresses and request details.
- Our hosting provider runs the server that holds the site and its database.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Transfers outside the EEA
Stripe, Discord and Cloudflare may process data in the United States and other countries. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Your account: until you ask us to delete it. Deleting it ends access to your licences through this site.
- Orders and sales records: 5 full years from the end of the tax year of the sale, as Polish tax law requires.
- Licence data: while the licence is active, then up to 12 months.
- Technical and activity logs, and deleted licences: up to 12 months.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect sign-in and checkout. They need no consent, and we use no analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set a security cookie, and Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. We reply within one month. Some data must be kept for the periods above even after a deletion request. You may also complain to a supervisory authority; in Poland that is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).
Age
You must be at least 16 to use the store. If you are under 18, you need the agreement of a parent or guardian.
